This is an in-office, Monday-Friday role for a project manager who lives or is willing to relocate to an area within commuting distance of Middlesex, NJ.

If this opportunity excites you and you possess the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in product development
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and strategic thinking
• A proven ability to tackle challenges with tenacity and deliver results

Preferred, but not required:

• Bachelor's degree
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification
• Expertise in pharmaceuticals, supplements, or related industries

Reporting to the CEO and Founder, as Project Manager, you will lead and manage the end-to-end product launch process. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, supply chain, and regulatory) to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The role requires developing and tracking detailed project plans, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and implementing product strategies aligned with the organization's goals. 

• Lead and manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring successful execution of all project phases encompassing all 200+ steps required for successful execution
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, supply chain, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables
• Create and maintain detailed project timelines, action plans, and milestones to track progress, identify risks, and ensure that project goals are met on time
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project communications, ensuring regular updates are shared with stakeholders and promptly addressing any issues or roadblocks
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial constraints are met without compromising quality or timeline goals
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies that improve product development workflows and project execution efficiency
• Align product strategies and project execution with broader organizational goals to ensure a successful outcome
