Are you an experienced Human Resources professional passionate about empowering people and driving organizational excellence? NutraBio Labs, a pioneering leader in the nutritional supplement industry, is seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to oversee key HR operations and enhance employee engagement. The pay range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
In this essential role, you'll administer comprehensive HR programs, from payroll and benefits administration to recruitment and compliance. You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement policies and processes, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience from onboarding through departure.
Administer HR procedures, payroll processing, and employee benefit plans, including health insurance and 401(k).
Lead recruitment initiatives, managing the hiring of both exempt and nonexempt personnel.
Resolve employee relations issues through objective investigations, ensuring compliance and fostering a supportive workplace culture.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, keeping policies and procedures current and effective.
Collaborate across teams, developing departmental goals aligned with NutraBio's strategic growth objectives.
