The pay range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

In this essential role, you'll administer comprehensive HR programs, from payroll and benefits administration to recruitment and compliance. You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement policies and processes, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience from onboarding through departure.

• Administer HR procedures, payroll processing, and employee benefit plans, including health insurance and 401(k).
• Lead recruitment initiatives, managing the hiring of both exempt and nonexempt personnel.
• Resolve employee relations issues through objective investigations, ensuring compliance and fostering a supportive workplace culture.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, keeping policies and procedures current and effective.
• Collaborate across teams, developing departmental goals aligned with NutraBio's strategic growth objectives.

This role is an on-site position in Middlesex, NJ, ideal for an experienced HR professional fluent in both English and Spanish.
